INFORMATION PACK
Is located in Lamington National Park in the Gold Coast Hinterland. O’Reilly’s offer a number of activities that you are welcome to engage in. These include a number of signed walking trails, massage, spas, facials, infinity pool, bird walks, a Flying Fox adventure, Birds of Prey show. Link to O’Reilly’s
Getting There
O’Reilly’s is 90 minutes from the Gold Coast (75km) and 2 hours (115km) from Brisbane. Link to map/details.
Flying
You will need to fly into Coolangatta or Brisbane. Prices vary for transfers from $90 to $220 return per person. Contact Jo with your flight details and she will organise this for you.
Accommodation
You have a choice of camping/campervan options or hotel style twin share or double rooms with an ensuite, bar fridge and balcony. Single rooms are available at an additional price. Your room will be available from 2pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day. Please note that caravans cannot be accommodated
Meals
In the package that includes a hotel room, all breakfasts and dinners are provided. If you are in the camping/campervan option, dinners are provided but not breakfast. All diets are catered for. For lunch you have the option to bring your own supplies, enjoy the café attached to the guesthouse or buy basics from the mini-mart or take-away on site.

Walking
The walks can be hilly but you can choose your level amongst the signed or guided walks.
Packing List
Spring weather will bring some warm days and cool nights. It can be Celsius 5-8 cooler than the coast. Think layers. Bring suitable shoes, day pack, water bottle, lunch container, waterproof jacket, hat, sunnies, sunscreen, warm jacket. Bring swimmers for the pool and spa.
Covid
Depending on the Covid guidelines in place for choirs in September 2022, we intend to be as Covid safe as possible. Rachel has had great success over the past year practicing social distancing with her choirs while rehearsing, and many in her choir feel it has helped them become stronger and more confident singers.
Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel your reservation, we will retain your deposit and attempt to fill your place. If this is not possible, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following criteria:
31-60 days 50%
15-30 days 75%
14 days or less no refund
If you or we have to cancel due to COVID, your money will be returned fully, less your deposit which we will use to cover admin.
