Join us for 5 days of glorious songmaking and stunning scenery. Choir teacher Nicole Murray will offer you daily singing workshops accompanied by stunning Alpine walks lead by Jo Cresswell.
This tour is a small group with a maximum of 20 singers.
Nicole Murray
Nicole Murray is a singer and multi-instrumentalist who has had a successful touring and recording career in folk music for over 20 years in Australia and internationally. Winner of two Australian Folk Music Awards in 2021, for Best Traditional Album with Cloudstreet and the Little Cloud Orchestra, and Best Community/Cultural Project for her online lockdown choir project, Nicole’s Anywhere Choir, she has run two community choirs in Brisbane for ten years, and taught vocals at many singing camps and workshops. She is a loving and thoughtful teacher who fosters the sheer fun of singing, backed up with some good ideas from Kodaly, SOVT exercises, and noises from the Muppets.
